Injection Molding Machine Shop

Bee Jay Molding's Injection Molding machine shop  provides the flexibility to build molds and quickly handle repair and maintenance. This helps keep costs down and tooling rates competitive. All tools are cared for directly by the owners of the company. We know the value of your mold and will care for it as if it were ours. There is no charge for mold storage and nothing is stored outside.

Some of our processing capabilities include Digital End Mills used in the preparation, maintenance and modifications to injection molds. For lager processing we have relationships with many specialty shops in the area where no job is too big or too small.

Our Lathes are set up and specifically ready for modifications to ejector pins and other critical parts to keep your mold up and running.

Surface grinders are also ready for mold development, maintenance and upgrades.

Our full service machine shop will exceed your needs and keep you up and running. If we do run into a situation where outside services are required, no work will be started before getting your full approval.
